De Kluizenaar (The hermit) Portrayist Pilot Project
Saturday August 19, 2017 The Curaçao Museum is continuing their Portrayist Pilot Project of The hermit in the masters chamber.
For this particular project the museum has invited a selection of visual artists. They will be working in the museum, creating their own free interpretation of Carel Willink’s artwork, The hermit. Lies Bruens, Annemieke Dicke and Hanneke Floor where the first artists to rise to the challenge. This time they are joined by Papy Adriana, Avantia Damberg and Maup Lanjouw.
The project is conceived by Mrs. Verele Engels, daughter of one of the founders of the Curaçao Museum, Chris Engels.
Visit the Curaçao Museum this Saturday morning and see the artists at work.
