This exhibition, showing artworks mostly by local artists, passionately brought together during the past 20 years, is a unique opportunity to acquire pieces you might have fallen in love with in the past, yet couldn’t buy because they were already sold! Now it is your chance to add works to your collection by: A. van Anrooy, Annemieke Dicke, Hipolito Ocalia, Jan Toeter, Jacob Fleet, Jolanta Pawlak, Midzy Longuevergne, Nel Ann van Eenennaam, Norva Sling, Pacho Weeber, Philippe Zanolino, Raed G. Selman, Ria Rettich, Robert Bernadina, Wilson Garcia and Yubi Kirindongo. A variety of art that will surely inspire an art loving heart.
‘Amor pa Kòrsou’ will remain open from the 30th of May till the 30th of June 2018.
Regular opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday 9 AM – 2 PM.
Art talk by art historian Josée Thissen-Rojer
Always wanted to know what it takes to create your own art collection? Here is your chance: This Saturday June 16th 2018, at 10 AM art historian and curator drs. Josée Thissen-Rojer will give an informative interactive lecture on this topic. She will make use of our current exhibition ‘Amor pa Kòrsou’ to guide you through the process of how to validate art and how to start a collection.
Art historian Josée Thissen-Rojer works as a consultant for visual arts at Fundashon Kas di Kultura. This event is the result of a cooperation between Kas di Kultura and Landhuis Bloemhof.
