The exhibition in Curaçao carries the same title as the solo exhibition Norva Sling recently had in Museum Beelden aan Zee in Scheveningen (NL), from November 2, 2017 till January 7, 2018. This exhibition was also curated by Maria and Otto Linker. The difference between the two exhibitions is that in the Netherlands artworks from both Dutch- and Curaçao collections were shown. In Curaçao only sculptures from local collections will be exhibited. Most of her artworks in the Netherlands are considered too fragile for transportation overseas.

Oeuvre catalogue
A beautiful catalogue written by Felix de Rooy and Jennifer Smit, with a preface by Prof. Dr. Jan Teeuwissse, Director of museum Beelden aan Zee handsomely designed by Rene Wissink with photos by Kirk Claes, Wim de Boer and Sinaya Wolfert was published by museum Beelden aan Zee, and produced thanks to funding of the Ars Antilliani Fund, a special fund managed by the Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds. This book, a collector’s item, is for sale at Landhuis Bloemhof and can be autographed by the artist during the opening.
