Calendar Year Closing at IBB

Instituto Buena Bista (IBB) announces it’s 2018 calendar year closing exhibition. 

This year the exhibition is on Wednesday, December 19 and features work from both our students and our local artist in residence. As a bonus it is also possible to visit the ‘Henkes op Curaçao’ exhibition with works by the Dutch artist Dolf Henkes, together with IBB’s own collection of works by international resident artists.
Both currently exhibited in Gallery Esmeralda. 

IBB’s students are exhibiting a selection of works made during the first half of the academic year. For the senior students these works were key in their evaluations to continue to an art academy at the end of the academic year. Senior students will also present a selection of works they made as a reaction to works made by their fellow students. 

Current local artist in residence Giovani Zanolino will present a collection of works, part of which were made during the first part of his residency at IBB.
