Angel Luis de la Rosa exhibition -the Netherlands
Sculptor Angel Luis De la Rosa González has created several torsos that will soon be shipped to the Netherlands. The artworks will be displayed at Gallery Richard ter Borg in Groningen starting at 4 PM on Saturday, April 6th, 2024.
Angel Luis will be present at the gallery to meet visitors.
Richard ter Borg is a leading art dealer in Groningen. His gallery specializes in modern art, expressionism, the Groninger Ploeg and photography. Ter Borg is excited about Angel Luis’ sculptures and looks forward to their collaboration.
Angel Luis was born in Cuba and has lived and worked in Curaçao since 2009. This trip is his second visit to the Netherlands and follows up on the successful exhibition of one of his wooden sculptures at the art fair PAN in Amsterdam last November.
Please note that Angel Luis is also participating in this year’s Open Atelier Route (OAR) edition in Curaçao. The second weekend of the OAR takes place on March 9 and 10, when artist studios Pabou di Brug will open their doors to the public.
