Documentary on Felix de Rooy

After the premiere at the Curaçao International Film Festival that ran from 10 to 14 April 2024, The Movies Curacao has announced additional screenings for two successful local productions. 

Nomade in Niemandsland (Nomad in No Man’s Land), by Hester Jonkhout, is a documentary about the eventful life of the multi-talented artist Felix de Rooy. The second movie is Elizabeth Francisco’s beautifully shot Roba Alma (Thieving Soul), starring the talented Alejandra Cijntje. 

The movies will be shown together, at both The Movies Otrobanda and Punda starting April 25, 2024. Proceeds from the screenings will fund screenings abroad.
