Giovanni Abath Man of Steel
The exhibition at NAAM, ‘Isla den nos bida’, covering the existence of a hundred years oil refinery in Curaçao is curated by Felix de Rooy. In the exhibition are various eye-catching art pieces on display, created by Giovanni Abath.
Felix de Rooy requested Abath to make one more piece. This should be a monumental work of art to complete the series and create an ultimate link with the current historic exhibition. Abath titled this final work ‘Man of steel’.
The unveiling took place on Tuesday, January 17 on the patio of NAAM.
