As stated in the title, the work of the 5 photographers focusses on people, nature and architecture. The exhibition is divided into 5 sections, one for each participant. Each one has their own style in photography and presentation. Monique Harbers’ work of withering leaves against a blueish background are delicate in style and contrast. Henk Leue zooms in on nature objects, revealing their remarkable structures and soft colors. The series in black and white by Bea Moedt of international stars during performances in Curaçao, are dramatic and yet glimpse the person behind the artist. Brett Russel captured people in their private rituals, up close and almost as if we were present ourselves at the occasion. The impressive architectural series by Ellen Spijkstra shows alleys, doors and hallways, in a beautiful game of lines, color and light.
