Summer Takeover at Zanolino Gallery

A special pop-up at Zanolino Gallery & Atelier: the ‘Summer Takeover‘ by Bernard Kotmans of In Out Living,

started: June 18, 2022.

Participants: Philippe Zanolino, Giovani Zanolino, Ben Kotmans, Hilma Koelman, Herman van Bergen, Brigitte Wawoe, and Zelst.

Bernard Kotmans is introduced by Zanolino Gallery & Atelier as a stylist/designer/interior & concept designer. For this occasion, he has made a special composition of fine art and non-art.
As non-art objects, the gallery lists the home decoration items as the Bright&Breeze chairs and In Out Living concepts. Both are mainly defined by reusing elements and articles in a new and unique way.

This special pop-up has had a previous successful edition in 2020, after the first lockdown, that was held in Zuikertuin Mall. This time the concept takes place in the completely renovated monument that houses the Zanolino Gallery & Atelier, located at the corner of Theaterstraat and Kaya Wilson P. Godett in Pietermaai.

The kick-off took place last week and was a successful event. Zanolino Gallery & Atelier states that the mix shines a new light on what art can be, and the function of a gallery.

Additionally, the gallery has activities planned like wine tastings, poetry readings, an interior design course Caribbean living, a workshop on upholstering, and a workshop on making lampshades.
